Jerusalem Artichokes- 500g

Jerusalem Artichokes originated from the Americas but were quickly cultivated in England. Colonisers had some confusion while naming it: it was initially classed as a sunflower due to the similarities between their flowers, and then named the “potato of Canada” because so many people enjoyed eating its root tubers. It eventually became known as the Jerusalem Artichoke, despite having no relation to Jerusalem or any similarities to a Globe Artichoke.
