Bell Peppers

Sweet peppers are incredibly versatile. They can be roasted, stuffed, included in many cooked dishes and are also lovely when eaten raw. This year we are growing three different varieties: Bendigo, Corno Rosso and Fiesta. As with chilli peppers, we start the seeding early in February, get them transplanted to the polytunnels in April and aim for harvesting in late-summer.
