Our Produce
Swede
Swede is a great vegetable to have during those winter months, it’s lovely mashed with lashings of butter. We sow in late spring then transplant into the outside growing area. The variety we grow is called Friese Gele, which is a traditional looking swede. It has a purple and green top and sweet yellow flesh.
